Situated just a few metres from the sandy beach, Ca Na Ferrera is a flat for 4 guests in Can Picafort.



The flat is located close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the promenade with ice cream parlours and playgrounds. The beach of Can Picafort is ideal for families with children and you can walk to Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia. The flea market takes place every Friday in Can Picafort and Tuesdays and Sundays in Alcúdia. The next golf course is in Alcanada. A visit to Cap de Formentor and the old town of Pollença is recommended. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.



The terrace of the flat is perfect for dining under the starry sky or sunbathing during the day on one of the two sun beds. The living-dining room with TV and air conditioning is open to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, fridge-freezer, Italian coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. There is a choice of two bedrooms with windows to the outside, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms, with bath or shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
