The kitchen area is well equipped with two fridge-freezers, two dishwashers, a washing machine, a large induction hob, an electric oven and a microwave.

Crockery and cookware are provided for approximately 16 people.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms (one with two balconies overlooking the garden), a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds designed to transform into a double bed as you wish.

The 75m2 basement is a large games room with billiards, table for playing cards, workstation with screen, small secondary lounge with television and an equipped bar for spending leisure evenings.

Attached to this room are the large garage and a toilet.

The garage also has a large fridge-freezer, another washing machine, a dryer and stores the ping-pong table which will delight children and adults.

The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning, oil central heating, three televisions with international channels, wifi and is located in an upscale residential area.

It is intended for 8 people.

Animals are allowed on request.

The beaches of Puerto Pollença, Cala St Vicente, Alcudía and Playa de Muro are located less than 20 minutes by car.

The nearest villages with shops are Sa Pobla 4km, Pollença 9km and Alcudia 12km by fast and easy roads.

A car is necessary. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and more outside.
