The house is divided into two floors.


On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore there is also the garage which can be used.

On the first floor are the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is a cosy patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. This patio communicates with the terrace on the first floor, where there is a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant evenings.



Air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the corridor to the bedrooms.



IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
