This beautiful and cosy house consists of one floor and a mezzanine.



On the ground floor there is the kitchen with the living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.


The second room for the third guest is on the mezzanine.



Precious outdoor area with terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture so that you can enjoy the good weather typical of Mallorca.



There is air conditioning in the kitchen-living room.


The house is powered by solar panels.



Perfect location to reach any corner of the island.
