The house is just a 10-minute walk from Portals Nous, where you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants such as Capuccino or Ritzi. There is also a harbour with luxury yachts, beach, dolphinarium Marineland, as well as boutiques with clothes and in winter the Christmas market.
The nearest beaches to the house: Cala Portals Nous, Playa Oratori de Portals, Playa Punta Portals, Playa Costa d'en Blanes.
The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, from here you can easily reach Palma, Palma Nova, Magaluf or Andratx.

On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy dinner in the fresh air.
Pool 8x4m large and 1.5-2m deep with sun terrace. There is also a garden.
Cars can be parked right next to the villa, good parking facilities.

The villa is well furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The villa can accommodate 10 people, but additional beds can be provided and can be increased to a maximum of 18 people depending on the number of people.
On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, room with sofa bed, kitchen with access to the terrace, bathroom with shower cubicle, laundry room.
First floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, family bathroom, living room with sofa and possibility of adding an extra double bed. From the living room you reach the first floor, where there is another bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of adding an additional double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher.

From Palma airport you can take bus no. 1 to Placa España in Palma and from there bus no. 104 to Portals Nous, where the villa can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Nevertheless, we advise you to rent a car or book a transfer.
