The second floor consists of 3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, 1 complete bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with TV-SAT and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has enough utensils and appliances (except dishwasher) to help you with the chores during your stay. An air conditioner in the hallway will help you sleep during the hottest nights.

On the upper floor, which is accessed by the main staircase of the building, you can enjoy an exclusive picnic area with barbecue and sun loungers for sunbathing.
