Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly breathtaking views of the Cala de Camp de Mar from every window! The Villa and all its living spaces are of enormous dimensions very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds ideal for the youngest members of the family). In the living room there are 2 single sofa beds. Tourist licence number: ETV/5695.



On the ground floor there is a huge living-dining room which opens directly onto the terrace-balcony perfect for al fresco dining & chilling. The fully fitted kitchen and BBQ are next door plus an additional bathroom. A lovely terrace wraps around the whole house overlooking the cove, with access to the private salt water pool and gardens.



The property is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes away from the cove with supermarket, bars and restaurants. With endless options within a short drive, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf and Santa Ponsa are nearby.

Rules


-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, in case of non compliance you will be penalized.



-Please keep the villa tidy and clean inside the villa.



-Guests are obliged to take care of the rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.



-The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa



Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the security deposit. No noise of any kind is allowed from 10pm until 9am.






Reservation Conditions


- Visitors must pay a deposit on arrival of 250 Euros (in cash), to be refunded on departure.



- Tourist Tax: 2,2€/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
