Fabulous Villa for 10 people with truly breathtaking views of the Cala de Camp de Mar from every window! The Villa and all its living spaces are of enormous dimensions very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one with double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds ideal for the youngest members of the family). In the living room there are 2 single sofa beds. Tourist licence number: ETV/5695.



On the ground floor there is a huge living-dining room which opens directly onto the terrace-balcony perfect for al fresco dining & chilling. The fully fitted kitchen and BBQ are next door plus an additional bathroom. A lovely terrace wraps around the whole house overlooking the cove, with access to the private salt water pool and gardens.



The property is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes away from the cove with supermarket, bars and restaurants. With endless options within a short drive, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf and Santa Ponsa are nearby.



Parking is available on the property.


*This property is situated in a residential area, therefore only families or responsible groups of people who want peace and quiet are accepted, no groups of young people will be accepted.




Rules


- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you wish to smoke outside, please ensure that you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



- You must take care of the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate your rubbish into the appropriate containers and place it in the designated place.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors so that hot or cold air does not escape.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you wish to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules. No noise of any kind is allowed from 10pm until 9am.






- Visitors must pay a deposit on arrival of 250 Euros (in cash), to be returned on departure.



- Tourist tax: 2,2€/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
