Villa Arata has a private swimming pool of approximately 5x4 meters, barbecue and a beautiful terrace with several areas for rest and relaxation. The villa is located at a very short distance from Puerto de Alcudia and different beaches, in a very quiet area, with restaurants and close to the famous Alcanada Golf Club, one of the best European golf courses.



Distribution
The property is built on three levels. As the villa is built on a hill, the construction allows for lower floors.

On the upper floor you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the living room with two sofas, the dining room with a table for 6 people and access to the garden and the pool.

On the intermediate level there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite and another one with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a dressing room. In addition, we also have a large terrace. On the lower level is the garage with capacity for two cars.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.

Note 4. The cost is 0.25€/Kw payable on departure.
