From the outdoor area you have spectcular views over the mountains and the onto the town. The beach is also within easy reach of the holiday home, with the nearest beach (Platja d'Albercutx) 12 minutes (8km) away by car. The nearest airport is in Palma, which is a 40-minute (60km) drive away.
