The house has two floors where we find a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room with table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, two of them with double bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The bedroom on the upper floor has a balcony with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the sea.


In the outdoor area there is a fabulous private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers, a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue and spend an unforgettable holiday.


Nearby you will find two important golf courses (Golf Maioris and Golf Son Antem), the leisure area of Arenal is only 5 minutes away by car, the airport is approximately 10 - 15 minutes away. Only 25 minutes away you will find one of the best beaches of Mallorca: Es Trenc.


If you don't have a car, 200 metres away there is a bus stop (line 520), which will connect you with the Club Nautico del Arenal and the Balneario 1 of Playa de Palma in less than 15 minutes and with the centre of Palma in approximately 40 minutes.

All bookings include free of charge all mains water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.


This house has air-conditioning on the first floor, although the clients will be provided with the necessary fans. There is central heating throughout the accommodation.


The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.


All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.


Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum in order to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
