Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful detached house in the historic centre of Alcudia, close to the historic city walls. This completely renovated house with beautiful details and elegant style awaits you in the old town of Alcudia, only a few kilometres away from the coast. This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can cool off after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football. The house offers a small garage space where you can park your car comfortably and safely.



The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and Mares stone walls, where you can relax after a pleasant stroll along the town walls and the historic streets of this Mallorcan village.



In an open area without doors, there is a cosy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy culinary meals with family or friends. In the spacious adjoining kitchen, you can prepare the local produce on offer at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.



The accommodation at Ca Na Serrieta sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large double bed so you can sleep soundly. This semi-detached house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with bathtub and another bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor, next to the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wireless internet.



There are a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The weekly market, the historic town walls and the ruins of the ancient city of Pollentia are the cultural highlights of Alcudia. There are many tourist attractions in the surrounding area, such as the beach of Alcudia, which is only 3 km away, and the port with its exclusive yachts.
