Beautiful country house, nice stone facade and large garden.
Situated only 1.5km from the village of Sineu.
I would like to highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with
panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.
The main house has a capacity for 6 people, on the ground floor
it has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor
one more double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Large living-dining room with air conditioning, fully equipped and furnished kitchen, both rooms with direct access to the porch.
A 9 x 4 swimming pool with sun loungers and sofas surrounded by lawn.
A highlight of Sineu is its famous Wednesday market of great agricultural content
and ramadero, currently a tourist attraction. Very good restaurants to taste
one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "frit mallorquí".

- - ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS PAID SEPARATELY AT 0.30€/KWH.
