This authentically rustic holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Sineu in a quiet side street. It has a living area of 200 square meters and offers space for up to 6 persons. Upon entering the house you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for the preparation of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living room is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, as well as the entrance area, from where you can cool or heat the bedrooms.



The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x 1 double bed, 21x2 single beds). There are two bathrooms with shower at your disposal, one of them outside.

The large outdoor area of 1500 sqm offers you a variety of possibilities. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with the dining area. In the garden, the typical Mediterranean trees provide enough shade and in the season you can enjoy their fruits. At the end of the garden there is a large barbecue area with dining area and outdoor refrigerator.

There is also a garage for 2 cars and bicycles. Through the garage you can easily enter the house.



A few minutes walk will take you to the centre of Sineu, with its nice cafes and restaurants and many shops.
