Villa Nogués is a semi-detached house offering comfortable holiday accommodation with everything you need for a memorable holiday just around the corner.



It is just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and amenities of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente offers a surprisingly wide variety of cafes and restaurants, with the nearest being just across the street. Two very popular fish restaurants, famous for their fabulous paellas, are just a short walk away, close to the beach, and there is a handy little supermarket offering everything you need for a self-catering holiday.



Inside, the house is modern and spacious, with new furniture throughout, air-conditioned bedrooms and a modern kitchen.



The living room is large and bright, has high ceilings, has nice sofas and a flat screen TV with satellite. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light to flood the space and give access to the pool from the dining room to the terrace.



The kitchen has all the modern conveniences to cook those delicious meals. It has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



There are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double bedroom and four bedrooms with 2 single beds, as well as 3 bathrooms in total in the villa.




There are covered terraces for wine and dine or just enjoy a holiday book and there is even a small but lovely pool for those days when you can't choose which of the three beaches to walk along.



Villa Nogues can accommodate up to 10 people. (FREE cots and high chairs are available on request).
