Villa Pitort has magnificent views of the nearby hillside, but is still close to the centre and beaches of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente is a quiet holiday destination with several good restaurants and 2 magnificent sandy coves, all within walking distance of the villa. This 4-bedroom house has a private pool and a large outdoor dining area. It includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.



Villa Pitort is located behind the main road leading to Cala San Vicente. The house is slightly elevated above street level and hidden by hedges. Entering through the gates and passing under the vine-covered archway, a few steps lead up to the front door.



The combined living and dining room has comfortable sofas around the flat screen TV, an ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. From the dining room, patio doors open onto the pool terrace.



The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and has direct access to the terrace with barbecue. The kitchen has a full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, as well as 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have doors opening onto the grounds of the villa. The remaining double bedroom with en-suite shower room dominates the entire first floor. This room also overlooks the nearby mountainside.



Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool offering plenty of space for sunbathing. The gardens are surrounded by hedges and trees for a good degree of privacy. To the rear of the villa is a brick barbecue and shaded dining area, plus a second smaller seating area and a poolside table.



Villa Pitort can accommodate up to 8 people. (FREE cots and high chairs are available on request).
