Villa Alcanada Garden is a beautiful semi-detached house with sea views for 8 people, located in Alcanada, one of the most beautiful areas of Alcudia. The villa has a marked decoration with seafaring details, highlighting the incredible anchor present in the garden, as well as the proximity to the beach and the golf course. The location of the villa allows guests to enjoy the area close to the sea without sacrificing comfort. Villa Alcanada Garden has a private swimming pool 4,2m x 2,20m, barbecue and a beautiful terrace with several sitting areas. Imagine starting the day with a swim in the pool and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. This villa is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea with total privacy and tranquillity.


Distribution
The house has 175m2 distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large open space that houses the entrance hall, the kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living room with large windows from which you can access the terrace, garden and swimming pool. The villa has all the comforts for the enjoyment of your holidays, Smart TV, internet connection, comfortable sun loungers and barbecue.

On the upper floor there are the bedrooms, three of them with two single beds each and another one with a double bed. All of them have air conditioning. There are also two complete bathrooms on this floor, both with shower.

Final cleaning charges are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.

Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25€/KwH to be paid on departure.

Note 5. Please note that there is an additional cost of 30 € for check-in after 22.00. Please note that there is an additional charge of 50 € for check-in after 00.00 h.

Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
