You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room villa that spans 155 square meters. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults. The villa features a practical and comfortable furnishing style. Upon entering, you will find an entrance hall that leads to the patio. The open living/dining area is large and boasts a panoramic window with two sleeping facilities (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, a digital TV, a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. This area also provides direct access to the patio.

The villa has three bedrooms. The first double bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard and includes two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second double bedroom also faces the courtyard and has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third and largest double bedroom features a window overlooking the courtyard, a double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), a private bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and provides access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a separate bath/bidet/WC for your convenience.
