The Apartment is located in a residential area so you must conform to the community standards of the Playasol building, especially in relation to noise and loud music between 23.00 PM and 10.00AM. Failure to comply with the rules of the house may result in cancellation of the reservation with no right to refund.

The beautiful Alcudia beach is just in front of the garden and from here you have direct access to the beach. Here you can relax on the soft sand or enjoy some water sports.
