Inside, the villa is distributed over 3 levels connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor has a bright living room (wi-fi internet, satellite TV, comfortable armchairs and sofas, traditional exposed stone details) with a fully equipped kitchen (designed specifically for Villa Alicanti 2), a guest toilet and access to the outdoor living area with rattan sofas and a private swimming pool.

On the first floor there is a single bedroom with en-suite shower room.

On the third floor there is another lovely double bedroom (en-suite shower room) which has direct access to a private terrace with sun loungers.

On the fourth floor is the master bedroom suite. It offers lovely views over the rooftops of Pollensa and has its own bathroom with shower and furnished terrace with table and chairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning (free at set times, between 8 pm - 8 am and 2 pm - 4 pm).


During the renovation, great emphasis was given to the layout of the interior space and the style of the furniture, details and bathrooms (with stone sinks and designer features).



Outside, Villa Alicanti 2 offers spacious terraces, sitting areas and even a private swimming pool (measuring 3.4 m x 1.2 m): a real plus for a house in such a central location!
