The lounge and dining room have large patio doors leading out onto the terraces and gardens.



Upstairs there are 2 further spacious bedrooms (one double + 1 twin), and a family bathroom. The rooms open directly onto spacious terraces which provide spectacular views over the pine trees and the sea. Sleeping spoilt by the Mediterranean breeze and the sound of the waves, will be a truly memorable experience!



Outside, the villa (which is located in a privileged area of the coast) is surrounded by private grounds with lawns, shrubs and pine trees.
