The flat can accommodate up to four people with one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, the flat has a sofa bed measuring 150x190 cm, with room for two people.

The flat has two complete bathrooms with shower. It has a bright living-dining room with comfortable furniture and Smart-TV. The kitchen is open and fully equipped to make wonderful meals while contemplating the Mediterranean Sea.

From the living room you access the spacious terrace with dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. As a guest at Blue Carabela Apartment you have access to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building.

Note 1. There are three small exterior steps and three interior steps to access the flat.

Note 2. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 3. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 4. When a later departure is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 € for on-site check-in after 22.00 h and 50 € for on-site check-in after 00.00 h.
