Beautiful contemporary villa, located only 10 minutes walking distance to the beach of Can Picafort. It is very well equipped and furnished with everything you need for a pleasant holiday, spacious rooms, WIFI, air conditioning and private pool of 6 x 4 meters.


The villa is next to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 extra large beds and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV.


Outside there is a porch equipped with garden furniture, a sitting area and a table for al fresco dining, next to the porch there is a barbecue. The swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium with shower and sun loungers.


Layout
On the ground floor there is a comfortable, spacious and bright living room open to the porch and the swimming pool through large windows. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. Next to the staircase we find a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three bright bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Parking, Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, barbecue, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ironing board, iron and ironing board, high chair, hair dryer. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.


Note 1. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Where possible, a late check-out, subject to availability, will cost € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.

Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.30 € / Kw to be paid on departure.

Final cleaning has an extra cost of € 150 per booking.
