This charming villa in the area of Bonaire is located very close to the old walled town of Alcudia.

The beautiful beach of 'Mal Pas', the long sandy beaches of the bay of Alcudia and the famous golf course in Aucananda are only a short drive away. The north of the island offers many attractions apart from sandy beaches and the sea as well as a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all year round. The villa with a well kept garden has 4 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and the private pool (8x4 meters).


Layout

On the ground floor there is a hall with a door to the living room on the right side. The lounge is bright and comfortable with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace and patio doors open onto a shaded terrace with table tennis court.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a comfortable breakfast area.


The bedrooms are all situated to the left of the main entrance.


Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw payable on departure.


The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3: Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
