Distribution
The property is built on four levels. As the villa is built on a hill, the construction allows for lower floors.


On the ground floor you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the living room with two sofas, the dining room with a table for 12 people and access to the garden.

An intermediate level there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and access to the garage and the laundry area. On the lower level there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each and another bathroom with bathtub.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor. It has a double bed (160x190) and a bathroom with shower and a balcony.

Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
