Rules


-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, in case of non-compliance you will be penalized.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.



-Guests are obliged to take care of the rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.



-The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa



-any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping also the deposit.




Reservation Conditions


- Visitors must compulsorily pay a deposit before arrival, of 500,00 Euros, to be returned after departure.



- Tourist tax: 2,2€/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.
