Incredible rustic finca with private pool and garden in the beautiful village of Calvia, with capacity for up to 6 people in three bedrooms. The house has all the appliances you might need for a fantastic holiday.
Outside the finca, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and fields with fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, parking and rest area are located right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic location.
The location
This fantastic house is located in a small village idyllically situated on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal place for cycling, trekking, hiking, etc.
IMPORTANT: it is essential to rent a car to enjoy your holidays in this accommodation as it is located in a remote place.
Rules
-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests are obliged to take care of the rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
-The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa
-any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the protocols of professional cleaning and prevention to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The whole establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it has no common areas.
