Accommodation classified as "Inland Tourism" is newly decorated. Sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 14 years (master bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room). Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It is located on the third floor without lift. We do not recommend this flat for families with small children in pushchairs, due to the narrow staircase, but we can install a cot on request for a cost of 10€/day. In case you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.



Elegant and fully equipped flat, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-Fi included. Overlooking a small and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. One full bathroom.



Private transport is not required, as the place is centrally located. You will be 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born.



"Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighbourhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and its low mass and has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has a large presence of urban art.

-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, in case of non-compliance you will be penalised.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.



-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridor, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.



-any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by anyone in your party, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the security deposit.
