A charming finca with pool in the heart of the island



This beautiful finca is located 4 kilometres from the village of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 5 persons.


It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with bunk beds for 3 people and a bathroom. The bright and cosy living room and dining room invite you to linger. The outside area with the well-kept lawn and the comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. Not to be forgotten is the friendly neighbourhood, the little donkey "Luis" who is always happy for pleasant visitors.

During the high season, it is possible that the noise from flights may increase.



IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.
