This family-friendly dream villa is located in the rural surroundings in the centre of the island, close to the well-known vineyards and offers on its spacious property of 2000 m² an indoor playground for the little guests and offers enough space for 8 persons.

The spacious and luxurious house is spread over 360 m² on two floors and has very high and bright rooms. The finca is lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail and perfectly equipped.



On the ground floor you will find the spacious living-dining room, the large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace, a bedroom and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, another one is even equipped with a sauna and the third one has a large open wardrobe. All rooms are very modern and lovingly furnished.

Satellite TV and Internet/WLAN are also available. You will lack nothing in this fantastic house.




The well-kept garden area offers the much desired shade on hot days and the large swimming pool (10m x 5m) will delight you. The sun loungers are prepared for you and there is an outdoor barbecue.
