This beautiful stone house is located only 1 km away from Ariany and is in a very quiet area.


Here you are far away from mass tourism and especially can find the peace and relaxation you need on your well-deserved holiday.



The country house has 120 square meters of living space in 3 lovingly furnished rooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two others with 2 single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all comforts. The cosy and bright living room invites you to linger. Even satellite/cable TV as well as Internet/WLan are not to be missed for your well-deserved holiday (FIBRE OPTIC). There is a fireplace for cold winter days.



Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. Lovingly furnished seating and lounging areas offer unforgettable views and moments on your well-deserved holiday days. There is a large outdoor barbecue and plenty of space for communal barbecue evenings.

On the terrace the large swimming pool (9x4m) is integrated and comfortable sun loungers are provided. There is also a ping-pong table at your disposal.



IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
