The property offers a living area of approximately 130 m² and offers accommodation for six people. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, it has two bathrooms with shower.


The living room has a good sized dining table to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends where you can enjoy pleasant meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has air conditioning.

In the garden you will find a nice covered barbecue where you can spend great evenings with family or friends. From here you have direct access to the large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. If you prefer the beach, it is only a 15 minute drive to the local beach.



IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)

- Pets: supplement 50,00 Eur. per animal. Civil liability insurance for animals is compulsory.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
