Chalet Guacamayo is a charming Mallorcan villa situated between the town of Pollensa and the beach of Puerto Pollensa. Great use has been made of local stone and decoration. The cottage style chalet, which is all on one level, is bright and offers good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colours.



From April 2022 Chalet Guacamayo will have two bicycles available free of charge for guests to use.



The entrance to the villa is directly into the living and dining room, from where you have a nice view of the pool and the beautiful garden outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities and equipment you may need on your holiday.



At the end of the hallway there is a spacious double bedroom and an equally bright twin bedroom, both of which have windows overlooking the garden. There is a bathroom at the beginning of the hallway.


The Chalet has an independent studio with a double bedroom, nice terrace overlooking the lawned area and a private shower and toilet.



All rooms and the studio at Chalet Guacamayo include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night. In winter there is a pellet cooker in the lounge.



From the lounge, doors open onto the terrace overlooking the garden. Here there is an outdoor dining area with easy access to the pool, barbecue, lawn and sunbathing space, ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a toilet with outdoor shower. A barrier can be placed around the pool, the additional cost is 59,00 €.

Chalet Guacamayo is situated on a large plot partially covered by hedges, plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.



Chalet Guacamayo is well located just 5 minutes drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, where in the evening you can take part in the variety of activities in the town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer.



Old Pollensa has several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is steeped in history and this is evident everywhere. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables, nuts and spices.



Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort offering everything you could need both on land and at sea. The bay of Puerto Pollensa has a wide variety of water sports to choose from. During the day you can relax on the beach or for the more active, you can hire a windsurf, kayak, sailboat or go waterskiing or jet-biking.



In the evening there is a wide variety of restaurants, from local tapas to fine dining.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known to the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenc has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.



A car is required for greater flexibility as Chalet Guacamayo is well situated for exploring other beautiful and picturesque areas nearby.

Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided free of charge with every booking. Tourist tax is included in the online price.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Two cots and two high chairs are available at no extra cost. More can be placed on request.




Chalet Guacamayo is a child-friendly chalet, as a fence can be installed around the pool. The extra charge for the fence on request is 59€. This covers the cost of installation and removal of the fence.
