The emblematic house has 4 bedrooms with cot, fitted kitchen, living room, projection room (tv), a patio and excellent mountain views from the terrace with barbecue. Chalet Padrina Padrina enjoys free unlimited WIFI access for your use.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night.



As you enter the house, to the right is the screening room, you can enjoy its comfortable sofas and have a drink while entertaining with a TV with movies and satellite TV.



If you go straight ahead, you will find the living room and the kitchen, fully equipped, which has a pantry with all the furniture and accessories. The kitchen is of a traditional type with cookers, where food is cooked in the most natural way.


To the right there is a door leading to the patio, where the staircase will take you to each of the bedrooms, this is one way to access them.



In the dining room there is an internal staircase that will take you to each of the bedrooms.



The two double bedrooms have large double beds, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Sheets, covers and cushions are provided. There is enough space in each to store your suitcases and there are wardrobes to keep your clothes tidy. Single rooms have large single beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Sheets, pillowcases and cushions are provided and there is enough space for suitcases. There is furniture to accommodate your clothes.



The two bathrooms at Chalet Padrina are fully equipped on the day of check-in with bathroom essentials, mats for getting out of the shower. One is in a hallway, up the stairs to the courtyard and the other is inside the house. The first has a shower, toilet and bidet; the second is a washbasin without bidet with bath plus.



From the upper terrace, where you can contemplate the whole town of Pollença, you can enjoy a good barbecue, take the best of traditional Mallorcan Mediterranean food that you can buy in 1 minute in the Calvario shop. There you will be recommended the best selection of products!



From 'Chalet Padrina' you are seconds away from the centre of Pollença: toilets, shops, cultural centres, Pollença market and museums are some of the services you can access.


It is worth mentioning that it is only a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and 5 minutes to the bus stop, for those who choose to arrive by bus.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
