Located just 5 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, 'Cala San Vicente or simply La Cala', Chalet Mariner is an ideal place to enjoy with family or friends. You will enjoy diving in its crystal clear waters, a unique landscape and you will be able to do various activities during the season from April to October.



This classic and unique 4-bedroom villa has two floors, with the main entrance to the living room located on the first floor. This space of the villa is open plan and connected to a terrace with beautiful mountain and pool views. The living room is completely renovated, with parquet floors and comfortable sofas where you can read a good book, enjoy a local wine, or watch a tv programme.



On the first floor, there is also a bright and fresh open plan kitchen, with all the basics you might need, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, also electric kettle and coffee machine.



The ground floor is where all the bedrooms are located. There are three bedrooms with two single beds each and a family bathroom between them and a double bedroom with another bathroom next to it. Predominantly light colours, they are all spacious, comfortable and very bright and also have access to the garden that surrounds the whole property. Three of the bedrooms also have new parquet flooring.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of the day and night.



On the terrace there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds where you can relax after a day at the beach. There is also a barbecue.



Chalet Mariner is situated in the north of Mallorca. Tucked away in a quieter and nicer part of the island but within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a local supermarket.




Chalet Mariner is located 7 minutes from the centre of Pollença: Restaurants, shops, cultural centre and cafes are some of the services accessible.



There is also access by bus. By car this place is very pleasant, as this way you can drive around the place with a lot of freedom, although it is not necessary as there is everything you need within walking distance.



The surroundings of Cala Sant Vicenç are villages, mountains and the sea. The nearest town is Pollença, a town with a lot of history and very pleasant with bars, cafes, good restaurants and lovely atmosphere.



The next nearest town is Puerto Pollença, very well endowed with great groceries and medium and low beaches, Puerto with boats and a beautiful boulevard. There is also a wide variety of water sports available such as jet skiing and sailing. The mountain surrounding Cala Sant Vicenç is one way to reach the harbour, for those who like hiking it is a definitely recommended route with great scenery and on site hospital of almost country character.
