The distribution of the bedrooms is as follows: on the ground floor: a master suite with bathroom with a further single bedroom and an office, a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a single bedroom with bathroom en suite; in the separate upstairs flat there are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with fireplace and a superb well equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a kitchen open to the living room in the upper flat. The village of Esporlas, with its shops, restaurants and bars, is less than 2 km from the finca and can be reached in 5 minutes by car, and the nearest beach in about 20 minutes. It is possible to bring a pet on request.
