The second bathroom on the ground floor comes with a shower as well. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, all with two single beds; two with closet. One single bed room has a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. Furthermore, there's an independent bathroom with bathtub and bidet on the first floor.

Charming village Artà offers everything you may need as a self-caterer like supermarkets and restaurants. If you play golf, you will find several golf courses in the surroundings. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to wonderful beaches like Cala Torta, Font Salada or Es Caló. You could also visit the Caves of Artà, the coastal town Cala Ratjada or the Castle of Capdepera.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
