This is a comfortable house in the centre of Mallorca, in the village of Lloseta, just 500 metres from the train and bus stations that travel to the capital, Palma.

It is a two storey house with capacity for 6, ideal for families, it is decorated in traditional Mallorcan style with modern touches and high quality furnishings. On the ground floor is the living/dining room with comfortable leather sofas and a dining area for 6 people. From here you can access the kitchen, which is modern in design and fully equipped. Wood burning cooker, flat screen TV with satellite, fridge freezer and lovely views of the pool area. This area has air-conditioning with timetable.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A double bedroom with air-conditioning with timetable, with excellent views of the pool area with a full bathroom with bathtub. On the other side of the hallway there is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. There is timed air conditioning in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

Outside there is a swimming pool which has roman steps offering easier access to the water. The pool is surrounded by well kept gardens with an abundance of trees and plants. There are six sun loungers around the pool on which to relax and sunbathe. Also, there is a covered terrace with dining table, chairs and a charcoal barbecue.

The villa is ideal for families with friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in privacy, close to the centre of Mallorca. The town of Inca is very close and about 30 km away are the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.
