Villa Coster del Puig is situated in a magnificent location at the foot of the Puig de Maria mountain, accessible by a path from in front of the monument square, next to the road to Pollensa. It has spectacular views over the village of Pollença and the Tramuntana mountains just behind. It is a Mallorcan country house of traditional construction made of local stone, with a modern style. Inside there are white walls, terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings and magnificent lighting. It has a living room, dining room and kitchen on the same open plan. The living room has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan cooker. Double patio doors lead out to the terrace. The kitchen has white goods including dishwasher and microwave. There is also a pantry with plenty of storage space. The two bedrooms are nicely furnished with antique furniture, and overlook the gardens. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. A vine covered terrace runs along the lounge side of the house, with a table and benches. There are wonderful views overlooking the village of Pollença, the famous 365 Calvari steps and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. There is another terrace at the front of the house with a built-in barbecue and seating area.

The gardens of Villa Coster del Puig are very well kept with lawns and shrubs and trees. The pool itself is surrounded on three sides by lawn, and a stone terrace with comfortable sun loungers. It is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location and yet it is only a short walk to Pollensa and its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The beautiful beaches are also within easy driving distance.
