A traditional village house with swimming pool in the heart of the old town of Pollensa, in the North of Mallorca within walking distance of the bars, cafes and restaurants and the famous Calvario stairs. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with bath/shower. Traditional terracotta tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. It has a beautiful stone arch in the living room and the interior wall is stone. It is decorated with antique furniture in harmony with the traditional style of the house. It has a nice terrace, 2 outside dining areas and a 6 x 3,50 m. swimming pool where you can sunbathe. There is a barbecue area on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. Towels and sheets are provided. Arrival is always after 14.00 hours and departure at 10.00 hours. It is within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. It has a fantastic central location for those who wish to spend their holidays discovering the old town of Pollensa, museums, local restaurants and watching the world go by in the cafes surrounding the main square in front of the church.
